Where it sits
Azizi Florence is laid out as six architecturally distinct clusters around a 1.6 million sq. ft. central park. Bellarno is the centre one — open any other cluster below to see where it sits.

No other cluster borders as much of the central park — Bellarno's homes look onto green space along more than a single side.
The main lake, its pavilion, the community's largest event lawn and its amphitheatre are all positioned along Bellarno's edge.
The most exclusive villa collection, marketed specifically as park-facing, sits nearest to Bellarno's stretch of the central park — though exact plots are confirmed only on the price list.
Because the jogging and cycling loop traces the park's edge, its full 11.5 km stretches along the whole of Bellarno's border.

The name
This is the odd one out among the six — search a map of Tuscany and you won't find it. Read the word differently, though, and it splits into bel Arno: a nod to the river that cuts through the middle of Florence, which tracks neatly onto a cluster built around the community's own central waterway.
The Residences
Five released home types across the master plan, from a three-bedroom townhouse at AED 1.89M to a six-bedroom park-facing villa at AED 4.95M. Every home is delivered with private outdoor space, and plots start at 1,600 sq. ft.

85+ amenities serve Azizi Florence as a whole — the 1.6 million sq. ft. central park and six pocket parks, 12 residents’ clubhouses, 11.5 km of cycle and run track, two mosques, a school, a hospital and a retail high street.
