Versilia occupies the community's north-western corner, tucked behind the tree-lined buffer that runs along Emirates Road, reaching out to where the plan's boundary meets the highway.
Where it sits
Azizi Florence is laid out as six architecturally distinct clusters around a 1.6 million sq. ft. central park. Versilia is the north-west one — open any other cluster below to see where it sits.

Versilia also carries a share of the community's apartment buildings, positioned with pool terraces much like the northern cluster across the entrance road.
Where Versilia meets the highway, the master plan sets homes back behind the thickest strip of planting found anywhere in the community.
Versilia and its northern neighbour are the two clusters closest to the plaza and shops at the main gate.
Where Versilia's lower edge meets the central park is also where the green spine begins — its opening lake and pavilion sit right there.

The home types, sizes and prices below are the master-plan release figures and apply across the community; the allocation to Versilia is confirmed on the current price list at the time of booking.

The name
Unlike the other five, this name doesn't belong to one town — it names an entire coastal stretch of Tuscany, where mountains rich in quarried marble drop down to the sea. Generations of Italians have treated that shoreline as their summer address, which makes it an apt label for the part of the community that opens westward, toward the light.
The Residences
Five released home types across the master plan, from a three-bedroom townhouse at AED 1.89M to a six-bedroom park-facing villa at AED 4.95M. Every home is delivered with private outdoor space, and plots start at 1,600 sq. ft.
