Soffiano sits right where the central park tapers off into its southern lake and children's play area — those features are effectively on its doorstep.

One of the community's two mosques sits near where Soffiano meets its neighbouring cluster, within easy walking distance.

The name
This is the single name in the group that doesn't point outside Florence — it's a neighbourhood inside the city itself, on the western side, away from the tourist core. Its origins reach back to Roman times, making it, oddly, one of the oldest names here despite being the only one still swallowed up by the modern city.

Five released home types across the master plan, from a three-bedroom townhouse at AED 1.89M to a six-bedroom park-facing villa at AED 4.95M. Every home is delivered with private outdoor space, and plots start at 1,600 sq. ft.
