The name
This one needs no introduction — it's among Tuscany's best-known cities, and for centuries stood as Florence's chief rival rather than its neighbour. A sloping public square, a cathedral banded in contrasting stone, and a horse race still run through its streets each year all point to a place that built its own identity and kept it.
The Residences
Five released home types across the master plan, from a three-bedroom townhouse at AED 1.89M to a six-bedroom park-facing villa at AED 4.95M. Every home is delivered with private outdoor space, and plots start at 1,600 sq. ft.
